Ken Bazzle has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry and more than 10 years as a Director of Operations. As a licensed real estate agent, he has successfully led multi-million dollar companies to the top of their industries. At Risenow Management, Ken applies his expertise in development, construction, and full-service property management to drive strategic growth and operational excellence. His strong management skills also extend to overseeing the Rise Medical Department, where his leadership ensures efficient operations, high-quality patient care, and continued departmental success.

Erica Stewart
Erica Stewart is the Medical Director at Risenow Management, bringing 14 years of specialized experience in substance use disorders. She leads nursing staff with a patient-first approach, coaching them to deliver exceptional care while fostering professional growth. Erica also oversees the operations of medical facilities, ensuring they meet high standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Angelo Stewart serves as the COO and Project Manager at Risenow Management, bringing 15 years of project management experience across all levels. Angelo defines project objectives, scope, and purpose, identifies key stakeholders, and secures authorization to proceed. Rose Williston
Rose Williston serves as the Medical Operations Manager for Risenow Management, bringing 13 years of hands-on clinical experience to her role. She holds certifications as a CNA/GNA, ER Technician Level 2, Certified Phlebotomist (ASCP), and Oncology Technician. Rose oversees the daily clinical and administrative operations of the organization’s medical facilities, bridging communication between clinical staff and senior management to ensure high-quality patient care and operational efficiency. She manages hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating healthcare professionals while providing clinical guidance and mentorship. Additionally, Rose oversees quality assurance, enforces clinical policies, manages budgets, maintains medical supplies, optimizes patient flow, and addresses operational challenges to ensure seamless and effective facility operations.

Taji Johnson
Taji Johnson serves as the Talent Director at Risenow Management, specializing in designing and implementing programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and career growth. With expertise in Entertainment Management and Development, Taji focuses on the business and administrative aspects of the creative industries—including film, TV, music, and arts—combining business acumen with creative and artistic knowledge. Taji works to align workforce capabilities with business objectives, improving organizational performance and employee retention. Responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, developing and delivering training programs, tracking employee performance, and collaborating with leaders and HR teams to foster a skilled and engaged workforce. Taji also facilitates career development for individuals and teams, ensuring that talent development strategies are closely aligned with the company’s overall goals and workforce planning initiatives.
